FYRSWAY - LANDSCAPE DESIGN & BUILD

Project Details
-
This Job consisted a re-design of the clients existing patio space including the spaces around it.
-
The first stage of the works required all existing concrete slabs to be lifted and removed off site.
-
Oak sleepers acted as a new face, and retaining wall, being placed in front of the tired existing bricks.
-
Once the walls had been built, a new set of steps were constructed, the client wanted this to be a big feature of the layout, so we considered several design options, agreeing to an oversized, chunky oak style..
-
Brick Circle edging formed to emphasise the olive tree
-
Raised Herb bed Constructed to soften kitchen window elevation
-
Beach garden incorporated for client to place pots and wildflower plants
-
The site was infilled using MOT Type 1, compacted with a whacker plate and levelled to suite
-
Indian Sandstone paving laid, incorporating Reclaimed Bricks, staggered edges, and Pebbles to the front and sides for aesthetic effect and drainage purposes.
