Validity

These terms and conditions govern Crafted Landscapes Online including www.craftedlandscapes.co.uk performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. Crafted Landscapes Online reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.

Contract with Customer

The contract between Crafted Landscapes Online and the customer comes into existence upon Crafted Landscapes Online’s acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. Crafted Landscapes Online is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on Crafted Landscapes Online’s Web site.
Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on Crafted Landscapes Online Web site. The price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by Email. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery of Goods

For the log cabins, garden office and play systems are delivered to mainland England and Wales only. If you are situated in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland, please contact us for your nearest supplier. For these products, delivery is free on orders above £700. For orders under £700 a delivery charge of £30 applies. The Goods are delivered in approximately 1 – 3 weeks. Sometimes depending on season and demand delivery may take longer, sometimes we can deliver quicker. Please see individual products for more specific and up to date delivery times, you can also ring us on 01656 725887. We cannot give timed deliveries, as we operate throughout England and Wales. We will contact you and advise a delivery date. Please ensure that someone is available to assist in off loading upon arrival, they need to be capable of lifting items up to 25kg as we only send out one driver and some items are up to 50kg in weight. Please note that if you have ordered a Log Cabin then this is delivered on a flat bed van (no crane) and needs to be off-loaded piece by piece by yourself (or the person you have left to accept the delivery) and the driver
For all other products (bbqs, bbq accessories, heaters, garden furniture), delivery to UK mainland is free. For these items delivery does not take place on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Our Refund Policy

Any item that is to be returned for any reason other than damaged, unsatisfactory quality or faulty must be returned within 7 days of delivery in writing. Product must be returned unopened and in good saleable condition. A charge will be levied for the collection of such goods. The product must be handed to our carrier; the consumer is fully responsible for the goods until collection is made. If cancellation is made before receipt by the consumer then if the item has left our offices for despatch it may still be necessary to charge for the carriage of the item. A refund will be forwarded to you within 7 days of the goods arriving in our factory. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between Crafted Landscapes Online and the customer will be governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on this website (the "Material") are the copyright of Crafted Landscapes Online. Unauthorised use of the Material including the production, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written consent of Crafted Landscapes Online or, where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited.
